To be honest, we had a different episode planned for you this week. We had secured an absolutely amazing interview, who cancelled on us last minute. So rather than have a conversation about boundaries that we were so pumped about, we met the moment where it was and recorded a conversation processing our feelings about disappointment.

We begin by giving some back ground information about the situation at hand, and then we go into processing our feelings together. We share how it felt to get the disappointing news, how our own minds reacted to it, and what surprised us about this experience.

Halfway through the conversation we share a four step process of how to deal with disappointment in your life. Spoiler alert... this won't be the last time we feel disappointed.

Can you relate? We would love to hear from you! After the year of 2020, we know that we are all well aquainted with disappointment. Have you been able to navigate the circumstances? What has helped you process these complex and uncomfortable feelings? Connect with us and let us know!

In the mean time... thank you for listening, and know that you are loved.

This podcast is a collection of conversations. Some of them are interviews, some are guided meditations and breath work, and a lot of them are just the two of us sitting down at the table to talk through our experiences and all the things we’ve learned. We discuss big and heavy topics like trauma, insecurities, body image. And although we might be discussing a weighty issue one moment, we will be laughing the next. We are not experts, we are not perfectionists. We are just two women on our own journey oh yeah, and we’re totally related! We hope to start the conversation with you and share resources, and we hope that you can totally relate too.
