Episode 73

I love you, bitch

Published on: 8th February, 2023

This week we sat down with Terin, a friend of the pod and Rissy's bestie. We sat down to record a conversation about friendships in hard times. The conversation starts with how Rissy met Terin and Ani. We walk through where we were and and where we are now.

Terin and Rissy got divorced within a few months of each other, so the similiarities of their emotional and physical situations is totally relatable! We discuss the importance of friendships, how we have been there for each other, we definitely dish about the dating scene, and we share some insight on how to cultivate relationships like this. It's a beautiful gift. Trust us, you want this too!

This podcast is a collection of conversations. Some of them are interviews, some are guided meditations and breath work, and a lot of them are just the two of us sitting down at the table to talk through our experiences and all the things we’ve learned. We discuss big and heavy topics like trauma, insecurities, body image. And although we might be discussing a weighty issue one moment, we will be laughing the next. We are not experts, we are not perfectionists. We are just two women on our own journey oh yeah, and we’re totally related! We hope to start the conversation with you and share resources, and we hope that you can totally relate too.
